I've been sick..

I've been sick while pregnant, really sick actually but today was my first lot of vomitting. It didn't quite come up all the way, but it was my first day in a new store at the company I work for. Now I'm sitting in the staff toilets trying to psych myself up to go back out there.

I don't know whether to go home or not.. ?
