Tilted uterus?

Has anyone heard of a tilted uterus? I went to my gyno yesterday, got an ultrasound, and found out nothing's wrong but apparently my uterus is titled to the right.

I'm retrovorted , right back as far as it can go making my back ach constantly. :( they doctors said if I ever  made a pregnancy to 6 months id probably be bed ridden because of the pressure on my spine :(

Mine is both tilted and retroverted (backwards). Apparently tilted is very common but retroverted is rare.

My friend has a tilted uterus. She had three miscarriages because of it. But now she has a little girl ! :)

Yep, mine is back to front. I've been told there's no issues, but when I go for scans I don't need the full bladder like you usually have.  it's a lot harder to see my lady stuff behind it for some reason (you can tell I'm really medically minded!) so just make sure you let the sonographer know you're a bit tilted and they'll try different angles or go straight to internals.
