Ensure question how many should I drink a day?

I started drinking ensure to put on weight I'm 4'9 and 82 pounds and I wanna gain more I'm not just depending on ensure I'm also eating meals. I've been drinking 2 a day is that bad or is 1 more better

I would say no more than 2 a day, each one has 250 calories so that would b a total of 500 calories from that, u dont want to over do it. Then it depends on how many meals a day you eat. I would say eat at least 2 full meals along with the 2 ensures. Are you drinking the regular one, or the weight gain one? I always start this, for like a week or two and then I don't keep up with it. Mostly it's because when I buy them, my husband starts drinking them, because he says they taste good. I'm like " those are for me to gain weight, STOP drinking them"  lol

I did it one in the morning one at night with health food also try to eat 6 small meals a day if u can't do the 3 meals a day actually worked for me

I would put 1 in a blender with some ice cream and peanut butter. It tasted awesome and I gained weight. I've been meaning to get back doing it
