is taking tylenol okay for my cramps?
not trying to sound stupid, just i dont want anything that is a blood thinner like asprin, but i know im gonna have stomach pains soon because i started my period today. i ate earlier & have a full stomach & i get prescribed tylenol so would it be okay to take while on my period? or should i take something else?
