Up for debate. They say first morning urine is most accurate but if you're far enough along, it doesn't matter what time of day

I've always found my first positives during the middle of the day or in the evening.  I think for everyone it's different :)

First morning urine is always considered best cause u haven't been diluting it while u were sleeping, but I've read also that u can do like a 3 hour hold and that's pretty accurate?
