Elderly Cat HELP PLZ

Lauren • You get what you give.
My cat is 19 years old and has stopped consistently using her litter box. I've tried everything! Her litter is the same (if I change it, the problem increases immensely). I have tried moving the box to where she has the accidents (then she just pees I'm a different spot).
I am currently living with my in laws and am 27 weeks pregnant but am moving in a week (moving to Ft Carson with my husband who is in the military). Because I am at my in laws the cat is confined to my room. I can't have her peeing everywhere because of health issues it could cause for the baby.
I took her in to the vet and she has untreatable kidney disease. They said to increase her water intake, give her wet food, and put her on a medication to help her kidneys better function until the inevitable.
I don't know what to do!! Because I'm pregnant, I can't afford the risk to baby. I've tried keeping her crated and taking her to her box every few hours, but nothing is working. She just refuses to use the box and either pees in the crate (leading to a bigger mess) or runs out of the litter box and pees on the floor.
She also meows 24/7 (crated or not) keeping me awake (and annoyed) when I'm trying to sleep for the night. I've even taken to just wearing earplugs so as to avoid getting annoyed with her. The vet said the meowing is normal for kidney disease. The earplugs don't even work she's so shrill!
I'm at my wits end and feel that she is putting my babys safety at risk by peeing all over my things (ammonia and toxoplasma), keeping me awake when I'm in desperate need of sleep (it's hard enough to sleep while pregnant), and is only getting worst and worst.
Sometimes she'll go a few days without any incident and I think it's magically fixed, but to no avail. It always starts back up again with a vengeance!
I've already taken her to the vet and gotten all of her required medications. Nothing's working and I'm so tired of nothing working.
Any advice?
