Is it okay for me to start taking my antibiotics?

I had unprotected sex 4 & 1/2 days ago and took plan B within 12hours or less of having sex... About two days ago I got really sick with a sinus infection and got prescribed antibiotics. If I take them will it mess up the plan B?

You'll be fine. Plan b has already been absorbed and put into action in your body. Antibiotics won't affect it. Usually the problem (and it's only a proven issue with a select few antibiotics) is with them affecting how well you absorb contraceptive pills in your digestive tract. You've long since passed the point of ingesting and absorbing (and crapping out the inactive remains of) plan b. You're fine.

I think if you check on the box what kind of drugs affect your birth control you can decide from there. I was prescribed amoxicillin a few weeks ago for my sinus infection and it had no affect on my birth control.
