Opk confusion!!

So yesterday I took the opk posted below at 3pm yesterday... I think it's positive?????? However, when I took another at 10:30 pm it was completely negative. Any ideas? My urine wasn't watered down or anything. We baby danced and used preseed last night, but yesterday I didn't have ewcm either... Confusing!!!!
