Utah girls!!!!! Help

I have an individual insurance they said I have to pay my decidable first before they can cover anything . It's 6800 . I have my first visit and its was expensive just for visits that I babe to pay for that . Is there anything I can try and get for atleast some visits I don't qualify got medicad because I make more then there guild lines ?! Help!!!!!
