HPT + Doctor PT - totally confused!

This is a test I took this morning first pee. Then after work I went to the doctor and took another pee test there that came out negative. My AF is not due for 3 more days. I plan to take another test in the morning does anyone think I might still be pregnant or is this a false positive?!
