Cramping and discharge but not pregnant

I've been having cramps since my last periods which only lasted 2 days and ever since than I've been cramping it's been 2 weeks now and I've also been having discharge that feels like my period is coming I thought I was pregnant since my last pregnacy was like that but I took two tests one last week and the other today and they both read negative I don't know if it's too early or if there is something really serious with me and my period isn't due til the 16 of February should I wait till
