12dpo. Lower back pain.
I am 12 days post ovulation and all day today I have been exhausted, had major lower back pain, and have had cramps in my lower abdomen in the middle of my hips. In five days away from my AF, And I don't normally get cramps until a day or two before...and they feel different. Can these be common symptoms for early pregnancy?
