I have had the worst cramps of my life this past month. They started just before AF but AF only lasted 2 days when usually it's 4-5 days. The cramps stopped when AF did but yesterday was the start of my fertile window and the cramps came back. I've been super nauseas and thrown up a couple times. Hubby and I have been trying to conceive for a couple months and I'm scared if I test it will be a BFN. What do you think?
