Tuesday morning I kept leaking fluid, honestly thought I was just peeing on myself. But then there was a gush of fluid and I knew my water broke.( 1am) Decided to wait it out for a while, contractions started mildly then progressed. At 4:30am I lost my mucus plug and knew it was time for the infamous trip to the hospital. Got to the hospital and was only dilated 1 cm and 70% effaced. Admitted and no progress. Was started on pitocin and still not much progress. However the contractions were strong and 1-2mins apart. Decided to get the epidural, which helped me reach 10 cm in no time. At 6:59pm my baby boy was born.. Healthy, handsome and large. I can't believe he's all mine. I never knew a love like this. Wouldn't change him for world. 😍😍
