Baby shower vent

So my mother is planning my shower and it is this Saturday. The biggest issue I have so far is the fact that she just sent the invites last week. She just asked me yesterday what games I wanted to have at the shower and ordered the cake because she hadn't asked the person she said she was going to. I was really hoping to get some of the things we still need because we don't have a lot of extra money. Maybe it's the hormones but I've been really upset and disappointed but don't even know what to say to her about it.
