Woke up at 7 in pain and couldn't get back to sleep. Thought my water broke at 10:30 so we called my ob who told us come to hospital. We didn't end up leaving right away so at around 12 we tried to go. I got in the car and I told my hubby I had to go number 2. We made it back into the house and I got a really sharp contraction. Kind of hovered over the bathtub and felt the baby coming. Screamed at him to call Ambulance so we did. They told him to get me laying down and no sooner did I get in bed then the paramedics showed up. They did baby was crowning and to push. One push, my water broke all over the paramedic and I had my baby. Terrifying but done with no pain meds or epidural. Baby was 20 in. Weighed 8 lb 5 oz. Born at 36 weeks 6 days.
