Getting scared

I'm 34&6, I know I have a ways to go but man, I had trouble sleeping I just can't stop worrying about labor. This is my first child and I'm terrified I'll forget something vital on the way. Any Christian ladies out there I'd love some spiritual encouragement. I feel sick over it.
