Ok, I'm reaching out to the ladies, I'm 13 weeks and for the last month, I have had the worst cramping, it alternates between sharp pains running up either side of my abdomen to an intense burning from the inside in the area right under my belly button. A few facts, I haven't had any bleeding or discharge, I'm drinking lots of water, this is baby number two so i know what implantation cramps or growing feels like. I don't have any infections, and they've already checked my blood work. Any ideas ? I'm so tired of feeling miserable 😩🙃😩
