Irregular periods. Please help
I currently have irregular periods. I had ewcm on the 10th but no spike in bbt. My last cycle was 36 days. This cycle started 28th sept. Glow says I started my fertile window yesterday and don't use opk's. I haven't had ewcm since the 10th but I've had slight cramps and im more gassy.
Do you guys think I ovulated on the 10th or have I not ovulated yet?
If I did ovulate on the 10th could the cramping be early pregnancy signs?
