Need help deciphering this chart! This is from my day of ovulation until today.

Kerri • Tue, Oct 14 • Pregnant with #4 after IUI for our twins 7/3/16 and our surprise Singleton 11/16/17

I don't have any discharge or spotting at all period due on the 12th. I bbt at 8am orally. I took 2 PT on the 9th 4pm and 10th FMU BFN. I have some cramping, bloating, diarrhea, my nipples are at attention but not sensitive, mild acne and increased sex drive/appetite.
