help what is wrong?!

Every morning and even during the day I've been feel like AF has arrived. And I get so excited but everytime I wipe it's just clear-ish discharge. This has been on since the 19th of January. And Ive been feeling  bloated and a little gassy these past 2 days. Is this a sign that my period is coming soon? Is it normal to feel like this for so long? Please help me out thank you
