Babymoon was Cancelled - Now What?

So, our babymoon to Punta Cana had to be cancelled because of this crazy Zika virus. Such a scary situation for moms (and moms-to-be) in those countries. Where should we go instead? I'd love some second opinions on this very last minute change of plans!

When would you go? I'm biased towards New Orleans (I live in Nola) but would so visit Sedona. Depends on what you're looking for/ time of year.

A person with Zika is here  in the US (they travelled from an outbreak country) but isn't spread between humans so no risk there. It could spread if somehow the mosquitos spread here, but that's less likely.

I live in Florida (Clearwater Beach) and my OBGYN doesn't want me to go to Ft. lauderdale or Miami. (I guess there were a few cases of Zika there?)
