What are some good snacks to keep off hunger???

Even after full meals I still feel hunger pangs 😭 I'm afraid of gaining weight too quickly & frankly I don't like eating it often feels like a chore. Help!!!

I carry almonds and coconut chips with me everywhere as well as grapes. The juiciness of the grapes helps when I don't have water handy.

Try to up the amount of protein, whole grains, and healthy fats you're eating. They'll keep you fuller longer! I eat oatmeal for breakfast with whole milk and a banana and I'm full until lunch!!

Well eat small portions every 3 hours. You don't want to develop gestational diabetes with eating crazy huge portions with high carb intake at once. With my 2nd child i had that in the last 3 months of pregnancy. It was the hardest diet i have ever done before ... low carb small portions. Good snacks are fresh cheese with apple slices, celery sticks with peanut butter, tangerines with cheese, little water crackers with cheese (not the entire box lol), a bowl of oatmeal etc. I would eat more veggies with salsa or guacamole instead of fruits. Fruits will break down into carbs because their high natural sugar levels. ... mostly eat small portions more often. Yes you'll be hungry. I was but needed to watch it so bad so the baby would born healthy.

I usually eat a protein bar between breakfast and lunch. I also will eat a handful of almonds after lunch if I'm still hungry and some banana chips which are so good!!! 😍
