Tuna Fish..can I eat it?

I read an article that said I could have tuna fish (mercury) 1-2 per week.

I just really want a tuna fish sandwich! Ha.

Shouldn't bother you if you only eat it once. I ate a couple of shrimp about a week ago lol Just dont eat too much.

Canned, albacore tuna is fine. The FDA recommends that you eat 8 to 12oz of fish a week now.

I had tuna fish and crackers last night. I was just fine. No nauseous or vomitting. Plus I read something that said most canned meats were safe to eat.
