Healthy Conception

Starting the new month off with a new routine. I'm going to do 100 sit ups and 100 squats per day, along with walking. The main beverage I will drink is water, no sugars and low caffeine intake. I am also quitting tobacco use. I'm focusing on getting a healthier body for conception. Just thought I post a blog to keep me motivated..
