Ok so I'm a bit confused bare with me if dumb question lol...I've read that ur most fertile day is actually the day before you ovulate that way the egg is already there to meet the sperm...so how does glow predict this date is the day where my percentage is highest (33% I think it is) is that my predicted ovulation?.. or is that in fact the day before predicted ovulation? Haven't tried the OPK yet so just looking for answers based on glow...thanks!
