Should I be worried? TMI!!!!!!!!

I'm 5 weeks pregnant. Today I've had small and intermittent cramps all day.

This evening I noticed a little light brown discharge on my panty liner.

I'm freaking out in case this is the start of a miscarriage 😞

Has anyone had this or know what it is?

Brown is fine=old blood
My doc told me bleeding or cramping is fine as long as they aren't at the same time.

There is no reason to worry. The same thing happened to me for 4 weeks. That's just old blood coming out.

Stay positive, I had the same thing a 5,6,7 weeks. It was only when I went to the bathroom and it never lasted more then a day for me after the 7th week it stopped. If you get cramps and heavy bleeding I would go to the doctor. Good luck Hun.

Go to your doctor and get blood work done to make sure your hcg levels are rising

It may be implantation bleeding. You should go get checked just in case!

It could be the start or it could be normal first trimester spotting. It's hard to tell at 5 weeks since you can't see anything on an ultrasound. I bled for the majority of my first trimester and it was just a waiting game. If it gets heavier or is accompanied by bad cramping I'd see someone. There isn't much they can do but they can confirm or deny through blood at this point.
