Hello, I am trying to get pregnant with my second child. Got mirena removed on 1/11 and bled lightly 2 days starting 1/14. I thought that was my period. Today I started cramping really bad with headaches and nausea. There is a little spottong thay didnt last long though, but the cramps continue. Nausea has been going on a week prior. Could this time it be my period, early signs of pregnancy, or even both?
