Shrimp Ceviche HELP?

I just had like three shrimps from a ceviche and feel so guilty after my friend told me I'm not supposed to because is not fully Cooked?

Should I be concerned? Anyone had it during their pregnancy.

Was is gray in color if so just try and stay clear of that. Otherwise you can have (I believe) 8oz a week of shrimp or seafood.

It is not raw. Ceviche starts out raw and cooks in the acids it marinades in. The reason it may be risky to eat is that some pieces may not cook through all the way.  I wouldn't worry about it unless you start feeling symptoms of food poisoning. Just pass on it next time.

You're prob fine. As long as it was prepared properly and the shrimp was clean, your chances of getting sick are small.

I've had it a couple times, but the shrimp was already fully cooked before making it. I wouldn't worry that much. Its worse if it's fish
