My obgyn has put me on letrozole to help my husband and I to convince but he didn't explain things very well. He told me to take my meds on day 4 -8 of my period then have intercourse only one time on either day 12, 13 or 14. So my question is is that day 12 counting my period day or do you start counting from 1 after you are done with your period?

I also tried to Google it but Google didn't help and just confused me more by saying I should take letrozole on day 3-7 and intercourse on day 12-20 every other day and do not skip two days in a row.

Someone please help I started my period today and only got the letrozole on Tuesday. Tia
