Chances?

My boyfriend and I had sex on Jan 26( no protection) it was kinda unplanned. We did it and he came, he came outside of me but it landed on my butt? I've been super paranoid about it, and wishing we never even did it. I had my period Jan 15-21. So what are the chances of the cum inside and is their a possibility I may be? If so how rare? It says my chances are 3%, could it actually happened? And it's to late to take plane b now.
