Can any one relate

I am now 5 days late for af, all hpt are negative I have had one positive but it was a week ago. I have a Dr app scheduled for next week and they told me to wait til before the app to take another test. Today I have been having slight cramping and pinching very low in pelvic area. im hoping they will do a ultrasound to see if there is anything there. Im praying and hoping this is it,I excuse the tmi have had a lot of white creamy cm. Which is VERY unusual for me. Can anyone relate?
