Sore throat and congestion 4 weeks 2 days?

I found out we were expecting our rainbow baby yesterday, and I woke up this morning with a scratchy sore throat and serious congestion. Anyone else experience this?

With pregnancy your immune system is down, it is possible you caught a cold. Tylenol is known to be safe and the betty pot usually is good for clearing passages. Lots of water and rest! Good luck!

I am 4w1d and today I can't stop coughing and my nose is a lil runny (not tissue worthy but def sniffling) hoping it goes away very soon

I did! I'm 4 weeks 1 day and I've had a cold for a week! It was worse last week and not I just can't seem to kick the last few sniffles.
