So the nurses and Drs at the hospital i go to freaking suck! Iv had 3 appointments and not once did they tell me not to eat lunch meat or unpasteurized juice. I'm 11 weeks, around 7-9 weeks i drank one bottle of unpastrized orange juice and ate probably 3-4 turkey cheese sandwiches. Didn't even know about it until I did some extensive trade arch (try to avoid Google cuz I get worried about everything) Eugh!!! What should I do? Should I let my dr know immediately or tell them at my next appointment!?
