So lately my pcos has had me on a constant emotional roller coaster, sometimes it a week later before I've figured it out and it can be a simple as I've missed 1 of my pills but the effect is huge on my moods

I hate being like this but there's nothing I can do to change it. Half of the time I just want to take off again but not come back this time the rest of the time I just wanna cry for absolutely no reason at all and it's the stupidest simple things that set me off it drives me crazy.... just wanted to vent a little
