What should I do?

On Thursday and yesterday  I got very faint lines on my FMU tests then last night I started spotting. Now bleeding heavy with cramps, but still a positive test this morning.  I had a miscarriage in October at 10 weeks and my doctor wanted to know right away when I got a positive so called yesterday before spotting and they want me to come in for labs today and Monday. They don't know about the bleeding yet due to office being closed, but I'm wondering if I should even go in for the labs considering this is most likely a CP. Any advice?
