Help....positive to neg.

Yesterday I got three bfp hpt, and a vfl at the dr. Now I retested and it's neg this morning. :( it was my first pee of the day (I believe). I could have went earlier but I don't remember with these weird dreams. Please help. Has this happened before? Are my numbers still too low? AF due 2/1.
