This may seem weird but did any one experience bad anxiety after stopping birth control pills? I stopped taking my pills 4 months ago and everything went down hill. I noticed that after I stopped taking them I can't fall asleep due to my mind not stopping, I became jealous, people say I seem down and not like me. I just need to know if any one out there had this happen to them and is there any hope?
