I'm 14 and I started my period a year ago but it has always been incredibly heavy, I have a ballet exam and dofe(three day hike and camping) soon and I am scheduled to have my period, I have been stressing so much about this and was so scared. awhile ago I went to see a gynocologist because I had such a heavy flow and she perscripted Noresthiterone tablets to me to delay my period so I won't have it for these activities, but I am really scared to take them because of any possible side effects. If you have had them Do they always work and do they have any bad side effects? Also what I was told to take them 3-5 days before my period but would it still work if I took it a day before ???
