Could this be it or at least the start of it I am 40 + 4 today and since six this morning started having very mild uncomfortable period type cramps along with tightening of my belly. It's now noon and they have progressed to being quite painful but they go from some being 8, 10, to 15 minutes appart. What is going on somebody help! I don't wanna go to the hospital and they say it's nothing but it's definitely something!
