Excited yet worried

I had my period Dec 28th through Jan 2 and have not had no period this month of January...I had brown stickish discharge a week ago it was one time and nothing since my underwear is damn but never shows anything an back is killing me, gas, I pee all the time even when i don't drink anything my stomach hurts when I suck in and it's hard in certain places.....I get numbness and joint pains and neck pains....I don't know what's happening I'm excited to have a baby if I am but worried I'm not...? And (FYI me and my husband have had sex 12 times this month) an my period hasn't come.?
