Anyone excited rather than scared of labor and delivery?

I'm due February 17th!! FTM. Getting so close. Is it just me or is anyone else looking forward to labor and delivery? For whatever reason I'm super calm about it and not scared. I know it's going to be painful and I'm fully accepting that. My body is going to take over and I'm hoping I can focus hard enough and breathe through it rather than fighting it. I'm just excited!

Excited. I can't say I've ever been scared of it. And at this point I definitely am not. I really quite enjoy giving birth. It's an amazing experience. And I'm extra excited for this one. My last was my only medicated birth and I HATED it. Very thankful for the chance to do it naturally again.

I'm also due feb 17! And have a c section planned that day ((due to previous medical issues with my babies)). I'm so interested in knowing when you have you little one! Good luck and I'm so happy your calm & ready. I'm nervous of one thing, spinal tap! I have no option where I'm having a csection - it's just my fear. It's not even painful , just pressure that you feel. Congrats and hang in there mama

I'm super excited. This is our 2nd labor and delivery and I'm more than ready. I loved the whole labor and delivery process with my daughter and I'm excited to go through it all again. I was induced with her at 39 weeks due to medicial reasons and hoping tI go naturally this time if not I'll be induced at 39 weeks with him also. Lol

I'm the same way. I'm a little nervous but I figure our bodies are literally made to do this. I'm ready to get this thing done!
