Postpartum

So I had my baby on Sunday. He tore an artery coming out (vaginally) and I lost a lot of blood. Two days later while at the hospital still I got the whooping cough vaccine. Ever since I came home, I've been feeling like I have a fever. That achy pain all over, headache and hot flashes. I know the hot flashes are from the hormones, but the aches won't go away. It feels like I have a fever, and I've taken my temp but it's completely normal. No fever at all. Anyone else felt this way after a vaginal delivery?
