Bouncing

Started bouncing on my ball today to help encourage Kylie and my body into labor. So happy to have started this. Walking, sex, and bouncing are the things I've been trying and I'm also going to try pelvic tilts. The goal is to get her ready to come but not force her. Although whenever she's ready, I am ready. Let's hope this ball bouncing gives us some progress! Appointment is on Monday and I'm hoping to hear that I'm more than 1 cm dilated! Which is what I was at when I went in for my 36 week check up.
