Am I pregnant?

I skipped my period this month of January I do not take birth control (well I stopped 3 months ago) I have also gained 10 pounds from December to January. This is what my belly looks like it looks pregnant to me. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago but it was negative could it be a false?

It's pretty unlikely. If you skipped your January period you'd be farther along and HPT should definitely pick it up. Likely wouldn't be showing this early either. It's probably your body adjusting being off birth control, you could always see your doc for a blood test to ease your mind
