So I haven't been on any contraception for nearly 2 years. I had the implant but it made me gain nearly 2 stone in just over a year, it also made me unwell. I have now decided I want to go back on to contraception but can't decide between the mini pill (progestogen only) or the patch (oestrogen and progestogen). Can you tell whichone you're on and why? But also the disadvantages like weight gain or mood swings. Thanks xx
