Dumbest question ever...

Blaming this one on pregnancy brain.
Can't remember if I took a prenatal today or not.  So I took one.  Now I'm worried about what will happen if I took 2 in one day.  
I'm sure I'll be backed up a little.  But the rest would just flush out, right?
