Pap smears

I'm 25 and Pap smears I aware are useless. I had so many for so many years and I didn't even become sexually active until 23! The man I became active with is my soon to be Fiance so there are not other partners. Can I just opt out of Pap smears! Getting charged over and over for u to tell me I'm fine STILL I find annoying!!!! Am I on my own?!
