Back Pain?!

Does anyone have advice for terrible back pain? Second pregnancy and never had this with my first... I am in tears every night because I can't lay down and not be in pain... I can't sit without being in pain and the only way to make it slightly better is by getting on all fours...

I got some relief through chiropractic, but was also told to do yoga to strengthen my core.

Yes I am having horrible back spasms. My obgyn is putting me in physical therapy for a few weeks to try and get them under control. Maybe that would help you as well? Best of luck!

Going through the same thing right now. I just seen a message therapist and it help so much! It's probably your sciatic nerve which will probably only get worse the bigger you get. Good luck!

Sleeping with an ice pack on my back works for me. Hope you feel better!
