Valentine's help!!

So me and my so have been together for almost over a year now and I have no clue what to do for valentines. Every year he takes me out for a day of surprises and fun but this year I told him that I would do it so he wouldn't have to worry. But I have no clue what to do. All his favorite activities are outdoors and closed due to the cold. And all I have planned is dinner and lunch. That's it 😬😬. Anyone have any good ideas or want to inspire with their plans for this year??
